PESDC TRAINING FACILITY

 

PESDC  TRAINING COMPLEX is built to accomodate state of the art Up to date training materials and equipment in our each departments.

 

Computer Lab

2 Computer Labs available. These labs are equipped with internet line connection, networking and relevant software. IT related courses are conducted in these labs. Some of the technical courses are also conducted here such as PLC and CNC related programming.

 

Automation Lab

 

This lab is equipped with Modular Production System, Robotic Arm, Sensor, PLC training kits, Pneumatic training kits and Hydraulic training kits. Courses conducted here are Computer Integrated Manufacturing, Hydraulic, Pneumatic system, PLC, Robotic and Automation, PLC system, Sensor Technology, interfacing PLC system and Mechatronics.

 

Machining Lab

 

Machine shop is equipped with CNC EDM Wire Cut, CNC Milling, Lathe machine, Grinding machine and Milling machine. Courses conducted in this lab are CNC machine operation, CNC programing, tooling and die stamping.

 

Training Room

 

Training rooms available at PESDC. All rooms are equipped with tables and chairs and audio visual i.e. LCD Projector, OHP and PA system.

 

Motor Lab

 

Motor Lab which Industrial Motor (AC, DC, single & three phase), Stepper Motor, Servo Motor and Control industrial system trainer kits. This lab can accommodate 25 trainees at one time. Course can be conducted here are Basic electrical, Fundamental of AC & DC motor, Servo System and Control System Industrial Motor.

 

Electronics Lab

 

Electronics lab is equipped with tools such as Oscilloscope, Frequency generator, Frequency counter, Analog & Digital trainer kits. Variable power Supply Unit, Microprocessor & controller trainer kits, Logic pulser & tester and Digital Multimeter. Courses can be conducted in this lab are Basic electronic, Semiconductor Fundamental and advance, Digital Fundamental and advance, electronic troubleshooting.

 

Automotive lab

 

The automotive lab is equipped with automotive mechatronics training kits, ECU and EFI engines for petrol and diesel, half cut vehicle and other related equipment e.g. wheel balancing, wheel alignment. Courses conducted are engine management & control system, automotive mechatronics, workshop safely, basic car maintenance and road worthy.

 

Plastic Lab

 

The Plastic Lab is equipped with injection moulding and blow injection moulding machines and other related equipment e.g. mixer, mould. Courses conducted are troubleshooting, quality control, plastic injection mould design.

 

Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Lab

 

The Refrigeration & Air-conditioning Lab is equipped with all types of air-conditions, refrigerators, freezer, cold storage, cooling ventilator models and vehicle air-condition models. Courses conducted are service, repair and install air-conditions (home, commercial and vehicle), freezer, cold storage, refrigerator and brazing techniques.
